Who can join WMSO?
WMSO is open to UT Austin students of every major, year, and level of experience. You do not need to be pursuing wealth management as a career.
What are general membership dues?
General Membership is $35 per semester. Current applications are closed, so email WMSO or follow the Linktree for the next application window.
Can I attend before joining?
The first event of the semester is traditionally open to prospective members. Follow WMSO channels for the Fall 2026 access details.
Does the Investment Team cost extra?
No. The Investment Team has no additional dues beyond General Membership, although it has a separate application process.
What do members receive?
Members gain access to the full event calendar, professional-development resources, recruiting connections, socials, and pathways into mentorship and leadership.
